A Land developer wants to get rid of an elderly countess who lives alone in her villa, and construct a tourist complex on the property. The countess is mysteriously murdered, her assassin is murdered, and a group of youths who discover the crimes also meet their deaths. After more killings, the film comes to a surprising finish.
